In Aptly, you can customize your board with multiple views — including Kanban, Tasks, Lists, Reports, Calendar, and Knowledge views.
In addition to these Aptly-provided views, you can also embed views from integrated tools such as Google Drive, Sheets, Figma, and more.
This allows you to access important external content directly from your board, keeping your workflows connected and centralized.
How to Add an Integration View
- Open your board.
- Click the “+” icon next to your existing views.
- Select “Add View.”
- From the list of available integrations, select the one you want to embed.
- Add a Name, select an Icon, and choose whether it should be:
- Private: Only you can see the view.
- Protected: Others can view but not edit.
- Provide the required link or embed code (see the table below).
- Click Save to add the view to your board.
Once saved, the view will appear in your view list. You can reorder views anytime by clicking and dragging the three horizontal lines to the right of all the views.
Integration Requirements
Each integration has different requirements for what type of link or code you need to embed.

Tip: Each integration view supports embedding a single item — not the full account or workspace. For example, in OneDrive, you can embed one specific file or video, not your full drive.
Managing Your Views
- Rename or change icons: Open the view’s settings by clicking Manage View on the right.
- Reorder: Click the 3 horiztonal lines to drag and drop views using the handle next to their names.
- Edit or remove: While in the view, click Manage View on the right.
