How to use JotForm with Aptly. While Aptly Forms are the more likeable option, we understand you may want to include a JotForm. Please see below, detailing the process of integrating with JotForm.
1.) You will need to enter your jotform API key, which can be obtained through your JotForm account. Once the key is entered, a placeholder integrated form will be created in Jotform.
Please note, you cannot connect any pre-existing forms to Aptly, only the form provisioned at the point of API creation will work.
2.) All field manage for the integrated JotForm needs to be done in Aptly. Any field added to the integrated form in the JotForm interface will not write back to Aptly. You can toggle form fields on and off in the card source JotForm page.
Aptly only supports one Jotform per board. If you want multiple forms on a board, you would need to use Aptly forms.
