The aging indicator on a card shows the time elapsed between inbound and outbound communication with a contact on the card.

Understanding The Different Ages of The Aging Indicator
- New Lead
- State 1: The card was created less than one hour ago
- State 2: The card was created less than or equal to 24 hours ago
- State 3: The card was created less than or equal to 48 hours ago
- State 4: All others
- State 0
Unviewed Card:
No Outbound or Inbound communication and the card is unviewed by PMC.
Viewed Card:
No Outbound or Inbound communication and the card is viewed by PMC.
- Lead Inquired
- State 1: The last activity on the card was an inbound communication, received within one hour or less.
- State 2: The last activity on the card was an inbound communication received less than or equal to 24 hours ago.
- State 3: The last activity on the card was an inbound communication received less than or equal to 48 hours ago.
- All others are State 4.
The last activity was an inbound communication.
- Agent Responded
- state 0
The last activity on the card was an outbound communication and that outbound communication was either a call, SMS, or an unviewed email.
- Awaiting Response
- State 1: The email was last viewed by the recipient less than one hour ago.
- State 2: The email was last viewed by the recipient less than or equal to 24 hours ago
- State 3: The email was last viewed by the recipient less than or equal to 48 hours ago.
- State 4: All others.
The last activity on the card was an outbound communication and that outbound was a viewed email.
How to Enable The Aging Indicator
- From the board view, select “Card Settings” on the left-hand side
- On the left-hand menu of the pop up, select “Card Configuration”
- Select “Enable Aging Indicator,” located at the bottom right corner of the page.
Select “save” at the bottom right corner of the pop-up page, to trigger the aging indicator. You can always turn the indicator off.
