When creating or updating a customized template for Renter Leads cards, you can include tour-related information using merge fields from the Aptly Showings section.
These merge fields automatically pull showing details from a prospect’s scheduled or requested tour and insert them into your message — helping you send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups without manual updates.
You’ll find all available merge fields on the right side of the template editor.
Where to Find Tour Merge Fields
- Open or create a template
- Locate the merge fields panel on the right
- Expand the Aptly Showings section
- Click a field to insert it into your template

When These Fields Populate
Aptly Showings merge fields will populate when:
- The card was created from the showing portal, OR
- The connected property/unit has showings enabled
If these conditions are not met, the fields will remain blank in the message.
