Manage the Notification Center

Enable or disable notifications that appear in-app, on your browser, mobile devices, and/or email.

Aptly provides standard notifications to keep you informed about important events in your account. While you can create custom notifications through our automation features, the standard notifications described below work right out of the box with minimal setup.

How to Manage Your Notification Settings

To access the notifications settings, select the Settings ⚙️ icon in the primary navigation on the bottom left side of any screen in the app. Under My Settings, choose the Notifications option.

You can also get to Notification settings by clicking on the Notification Center. Then, click on the Settings icon ⚙️ in the top right corner of the Notification Center.

  1. Once you're on the Notifications page, use the drop-down menu to specify the channel or feature in Aptly for which you'd like to edit notifications. External Inboxes refer to notifications for shared conversations from another user’s personal inbox.

  1. Select and deselect each notification event or click All to bulk-select all the boxes in that column. Click None to deselect all the notification events.

Once the selections have been made to your notification preferences, Aptly automatically saves these selections for you!


How to View the Notification Center

Notifications appear in multiple ways. You can be notified from the Notification Center, notification dashboard, your Google Chrome browser window, Mobile App Push Notifications, and an Email.

The Notification Center will show every notification alert that you have selected. Click the alarm icon in the bottom left of the Navigation bar to view the Notification Center. The Notification Center can also be viewed from anywhere in Aptly.
