This article explains how to enable and configure Zumper syndication so your listings are published correctly and leads are delivered to the right contacts.
Step 1: Navigate to Syndication Settings
- Go to Listings.
- Scroll down to Listing Options.
- Select Syndication.
Step 2: Enable Syndication
- Toggle Enable Syndication to On.
- Once enabled, you can configure lead notifications and feed options for your listings.
Step 3: Configure Lead Notifications
The Lead Notifications section controls what contact information appears on the Zumper listing and who receives inquiry notifications.
Choose one of the following options:
Option 1: Property Leasing Agent
- Select Property Leasing Agent to use the property manager listed on the card.
- The leasing agent’s details will be displayed on the listing and used for lead notifications.
Option 2: Specified Contact Information
- Select Specified Contact Information to override the leasing agent.
- Enter a Contact Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.
- All fields are required for the listing to be published in the Zumper syndication feed.
Step 4: Configure Feed Options
Under Feed Options, you can control whether your Aptly screening link is included in the feed:
- If you use the Aptly Screening Link, leave this option enabled.
- If you do not use screening, select Remove to exclude the link from the feed.
Step 5: Lead Routing (Optional)
The Lead Routing section is primarily used for Zillow and CoStar integrations.
- No lead routing configuration is required to syndicate listings to Zumper.
Step 6: Enable Zumper Syndication
- Scroll to the Zumper Syndication section at the bottom of the page.
- Toggle Auto-Syndicate to Zumper to On.
Once enabled, your listings will automatically syndicate to the Zumper network.
