Managing the Notification Center

Keep track of key things happening in your account with the Aptly Notification Center.

To keep track of comments, mentions, calendar events, and other key things happening in your organization, the Aptly Activity Center will assist in staying up-to-date.

How to Use the Notification Center

To access the Notification Center, click the bell 🔔 icon in the bottom left corner. The number on the bell icon indicates how many unread notifications there are. The bell icon will show a list of notifications or updates. Click on any notification to view it in detail.

If a notification has not been viewed or marked as read, the notification will be in bold. Once read or viewed, the notification icon will be un-bolded. To mark a notification as read, hover over the notification and click Mark Read. To mark all notifications as read, Mark All Read will be clickable at the top.

 

To search for certain notifications, click Filters. You can filter your search by date. You can also customize your notification center by choosing which items you’d like to be notified about. You can also opt to hide read notifications.

How to Manage the Notification Center

To manage notifications, click the Settings icon in your Notification Center. You’ll be able to choose what you’ll be notified about and where you’ll see the notification. You can also reach this by going to the settings icon in the bottom left and selecting Notifications.

You can customize your notifications for each of your inboxes, boards, phones, and calendars. Click the drop-down menu and select the item you’d like to customize.

Check the box or boxes where you’d like to be notified. Uncheck the box or boxes where you do not want to be notified. It will automatically save.
