You can handle refunds straight from the Applicant’s household view. You’ll be able to track payments, invoices, and refunds all in Aptly.
How to View Charge Details
For any applicant who pays, you can view all charge details on the individual applicant view. It is located at the top in Applicant at a Glance.

Click on the i (information) icon to view all charge details for that applicant.

How to Refund an Application
To refund an application fee or a portion of the fee, you’ll do so right on the application.
- Open an application.
- Select an applicant from the household list.
- Click on the information icon to view charge details.
- Click Refund Payment. A popup window will appear.
- Select All or enter a Custom Amount.
- Select a reason.
- Click Process Refund.
