We’ve added a new feature to your forms - Aptly Pay. Now, you can collect payments related to a process via a form. It works in the same manner as an Aptly Form, and it’s tied to a specific card on a board. The Aptly Pay builder is exactly the same as the Aptly Form with a few items to set up prior to using Aptly Pay.
In this article, you will learn how to:
- Set up your Stripe Account
- Create a new Aptly Pay form
- Set up Aptly Pay
- Share the Aptly Pay Link
How to Set Up Your Stripe Account
Your Stripe account is now housed separate from Screening Management. You’ll find Payment settings under Settings > Payments. Here you’ll connect your Stripe Connect account. Even if you have an existing account, you’ll need to create a new one. You can find more details in this article: Setting Up Your Stripe Connect Account

- Create Card link is used for New Cards.
- Update Card link is used within an email template to send to a contact.
Aptly Pay Fields
There are 4 different field types that you can add to your board to track submitted payments.
- Last Payment Amount
- Last Payment Date
- Payment Count
- Payment Total
Once added, these fields are not available to add again. You can title them however you prefer, but a field name will be auto-populated.
Using Payment Fields in an Automation
These fields can be used as an automation trigger once they are added to the board.
For example, you can use the Last Payment Date as a trigger. As soon as a payment is submitted, the date field will be populated with the date.
