How to Enable Scheduled Listing Reports
- From Listings, click on Listings Reports to set up scheduled email reports.
- Toggle on Enable Listings Reports.
- Select the cadence or how often you want to send the listing reports via email.
- Choose the recipients.
All Property Owners - will send a listing report to ALL owners about their respective properties.
Specified Contacts - will send listing report to any contacts or emails added.
- Click Save!
What is Included on the Listing Report?
You’ll be able to find total counts of:
- Leads
- Tours Scheduled
- Applications Started
- Applications Completed
- Applications Approved
- Applications Denied
