The dashboard serves as your central hub, displaying all notifications and tasks. It provides a comprehensive overview of work requiring your attention.

Aptly's all-in-one inbox combines your email, text, and phone communications in a single place. You can compose emails, send text messages, and make phone calls directly from the inbox. With inbox rules, you can automatically create tasks or cards on other boards to streamline your workflow.

Your workflows reside on boards. Here you can transform your daily processes into streamlined workflows powered by automations, tasks, and reminders.

Sync both your personal and shared calendars to track appointments, meetings, and showings in one place. Check your teammates' availability by viewing their calendars, enabling better collaboration.

Your Property Management Software contacts automatically sync and update nightly. You can also add contacts manually or through the Renter or Owner Leads boards. Contacts stay in Aptly until they become renters. Within Aptly, you can manage custom contact fields to store additional details.

Locations displays data synced from your Property Management Software, including Associations, Portfolios, Buildings, Units, Leases, Vendors, and Listings. This synchronized data forms the foundation for many of your workflows.

The Communication Template Library stores all templates and forms for your Aptly account, including personal, team, and installed templates.

If enabled, you'll find all e-Signature documents—both templates and in-progress documents—in this section. Use e-Signature to electronically sign and store leases and other important documents in Aptly.\
