Navigating the Listings Page
The Listings page is your central hub for managing and reviewing all of your property marketing information in Aptly. From here, you can view listings in different formats, adjust settings, and access key tools to manage tours, applications, and reporting.
Accessing Listings

To find your Listings page:
- Navigate to Locations
- Select Marketing
- Click Listings
This keeps your listings organized alongside the rest of your location hierarchy.
Listings Settings (Bottom Left)
In the bottom-left corner of the Listings page, you’ll find several important configuration options:

Listing Settings

Configure your Listings Widget settings here. (Covered in a separate article.)
- Tour Settings
If you have Aptly Access enabled, you’ll see a toggle for tour settings. This allows you to manage how tours are configured and accessed.
Syndication Settings

If you’re syndicating listings from Aptly, you can manage and customize those settings here.
Listing Report Settings

Set up automated listing reports to be sent to:
- Property owners
- Specific contacts
You can also override these settings at the individual listing level.
Viewing Your Listings

At the top of the page, you can choose how you want to view your listings:
- List View (with images) – Great for quick visual browsing

- Table View – Ideal for comparing listing details in a structured format

- Map View – Displays listings geographically

Refresh Listings
Use the refresh button to update your listings and reflect any recent changes.
Sorting Options

On the far right, you can sort listings in ascending or descending order by:
- Name
- Available date
- Price
- Beds / Baths
- Home type
- Published / For Rent status
Search and Filters

Search
Quickly locate a specific listing using the search bar.
Filters
Refine your results using filters such as:
- Beds / Baths
- Price range
- Home type
- Pet allowances
- Published / Not published status
Opening and Managing a Listing
Click on any listing to open its full details.

General Tab

This is where all your core marketing information lives. Key things to know:
- Data is pulled directly from the unit level
- Changes may sync back to your property management software if 2 way sync is enabled
Media Tab

Here you can manage:
- Videos
- Listing photos
- Cover image selection
This is where you control the visual presentation of your listing.
Report Settings (Per Listing)

You can override global listing report settings for individual listings, allowing for more tailored communication when needed.
Listing History

Track all updates made to the listing, including:
- What changes were made
- Which fields were updated
- Who made the changes
Listing Preview & Links

On the right-hand side of the General tab, you’ll see a preview of your listing, including:
- Images
- Property details
- How the listing will appear externally
Quick Access Links

Each listing provides direct access to:
- Property Widget Link – Copy the listing link
- Tour Link – Copy scheduling or self-tour link
- Application Link – Direct link to apply to the property
Note: These links are available only if the corresponding products are enabled in your account.
